For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised. Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card used for booking upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 5 fee applies. Please note that for stays of 2 nights or more cleaning will be done weekly or on departure. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. For stays of 4 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning services are included. For stays of 28 days and more, cleaning services will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning services may be provided upon request and at an additional cost. When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Appart’City Confort Paris Villejuif in advance of your expected arrival time.
